Season’s Greetings……..

Wishing you all a very happy Christmas and all the very best for 2025! And a big thank you to all my yogis who continue to show up on the mat every week for health, wellness and a bit of social cheer!

Yoga classes in person will continue to grow with another day class being added soon. There will also be some new changes to the online coming soon too with the aim to get more people enjoying the freedom yoga brings to your body and mind whenever it suits at a budget that suits. And there will be easier ways to order your favourite Tropic Skincare goodies also.
